I know it doesn't make much sense...many don't see themselves in sales and therefore aren't willing- to do sales work. There is no wonder why so many fail. Never mind businesses in general. As realtors, we are both, sales people and business operators. The double whammy. 

I speak to people every day. I hear a lot about this lead source or that. My first question is: what is your PC SOI plan. 68% of successful businesses clients come from PC/SOI.   What are you doing to stay in front of them?

I remember when I first started in the business. I was bashful with those closest to me. I spent hours, days, weeks, months working my butt off to gain clients that were unknown to me before. I added all of them to my database and soon many became my PC/SOI. IMAGINE, if I had started with my PC/SOI first?
