You must prospect and you must have the right tools to use, as well as know how to use those tools. You must be persistent and consistent, and you must dress the part. Working the area in which ‘you’ll find the prize’ is key. At the end of the day, you must be prepared to close the deal. In both cases – it’s how people put food on the table.
