Leah grew up in Oklahoma and attended the University of Oklahoma where she met her husband Matt, a native Texan. They moved to the Durango area in 2000, where they have had the pleasure of raising their three boys: Hunter, Cooper, and Hudson. An active member of the community, Leah spends much of her time volunteering in the local schools. Her free time is devoted to family and friends, whether she is watching her boys on the soccer fields, sitting on the back porch visiting with friends or taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Durango has to offer. Our long-distance home search/purchase-----conducted during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic----- presented myriad logistical challenges. From the first house we visited, Leah was quick to inform us that the asking price was higher than other houses we could get. She accompanied us through a number of visits across Durango to help us better understand the market and get a sense of what we liked. Once we found a house and had to deal with multiple competing offers, Leah's knowledge, honesty and expertise were priceless. She helped us close a deal that we wouldn't have closed otherwise.
