We are so glad to have found Dustin to help us in the process of buying/building our new home, he made the process fly by.
Not only is he the son of a realtor, so he uniquely knows the benefits of great customer service, but he's also lived in the Gallatin Valley for over a decade watching it grow into the thriving city it is now.
Luckily for us, he's an avid outdoorsman that knows Montana and the west quite well. He knew exactly what we wanted when we asked for something a little off the beaten path. We bought outside the bigger towns of Montana as we were looking for a relaxed location and a great view.
Our transaction went much smoother having him on our side for the long haul.
Since we bought something that wasn't built yet, it took a little bit of imagination to see the potential at first, but we were glad Dustin kept his eye on the market for us so closely.
The process is always longer with a new build and it included it's fair share of bumps in the road. This was no matter to Dustin as he was prepared to speak with the builders directly or use any method available to him to get the answers we needed when the sellers were located out of town.
Dustin is an excellent communicator and was very thorough in all his paperwork and documentation of conversations. This saved us alot of headaches on our end.
Houses don't last long on the market in this region so if you are ready & prequalified to buy a house in Western Montana, Dustin is your man! He always has his ear to the ground and is ready to give you his best!
Couldn't be happier with my choice for a realtor! With a booming market and an extensive laundry list of realtors in the Bozeman area to choose from, it honestly was a tad overwhelming. But Dustin was there with me every step of the way. His positive energy and go getter attitude was a breath of fresh air. Made himself available to me 24/7 and was impressed with his vast knowledge of the future development plans of the area. In a market like this I am hoping to work with him again! Highly recommend!
