I have been a Real Estate agent with Coldwell Banker for nearly fourteen years and eleven years as a relocation specialist. The most recent six years of my real estate career has been in the Twin Falls / Magic Valley area. The Magic Valley area is great area with a lot of geological history and outdoor opportunities.
Selling Real Estate is not just about buying and selling houses. The opportunity is in the customer service aspect of helping people. I listen to my client’s wants and needs, their price point and expectations whether they are a buyer or a seller. I treat my customers as I would expect to be treated.
Communication is an absolute must. Text, email, phone and in person are all necessary when working with clients. Buyers and sellers want to know different things, but an agent needs to keep everyone informed. It’s exciting and stressful times for people and it’s my privilege to be available to assist.
Just a little about me: My family and I moved to Boise in 1984 and to Twin Falls in 2012. I know the area well and I am involved in the Western Magic Valley Realtor Association. I have a Bachelors degree in Business and I am an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Canyonside Realty.
Prior to Real Estate, I was a Project/Program Manager at Hewlett Packard where I work with call center support and quality, eSupport and assisted in opening call centers in India. I also spent time in India. Part of job at HP was translating cultural differences between US, Europe and India in product support settings and expectations. Prior to HP I was a commercial pilot. I had long hours and a lot of time away from home.
Of all of my jobs, I have found that selling Real Estate has been and remains the most rewarding career.
